Shepherdsville Center for Wellness, PLLC owner Casey Prestigiacomo is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a passion for the artistry of airbrush tanning and weight loss. Luxury Spray Tanning is a subset of the business which provides skin tan and spray tanning services. She was awarded a certificate of completion in Core Sunless Tanning. She uses high quality solutions containing Eco-Certified Dihydroxyacetone, or DHA. DHA is FDA approved for external application to the skin. She follows FDA safety recommendations encouraging the use of protective eyewear, nose filters, earplugs, lip palm, and undergarments when airbrush tanning clients. She believes that individuals deserve to feel confident in their skin without enduring harmful UVA and UVB rays.  All products are Gluten Free, Paraben Free, Cruelty Free Sulfate-Free, Nut Allergy Free, Non-Comedogenic & 100% Vegan. Services can be provided from her private residence or from any convenient location. She is serving Shepherdsville, Louisville, Mount Washington, and surrounding locations in Kentucky.

She began her weight management program by obtaining a certification from the Obesity Medical Association in 2021. Since, she has helped many individuals reach their weight loss goals with her detailed and individualized weight loss program. She understands the struggles of weight challenges herself, as she has lost over 100 pounds doing the same program that she teaches to her clients.
